Shipping
We ship to all countries of the European Union and worldwide. Shipping is free when your order contains at least one full-price item. If your cart contains only Outlet or discounted items, shipping costs EUR 25 (in other currencies at the exchange rate).
Every piece is made in our own atelier in Vinnytsia, Ukraine, and shipped to you directly from there by courier. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery times
- Ready-to-ship sizes: dispatched within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed
- Made to measure or a different colour: tailored within 7–12 business days, plus delivery time
- Delivery after dispatch: European Union 5–14 days; United Kingdom, USA, Canada 10–21 days; Middle East 7–18 days; Australia and New Zealand 20–35 days
If you need your outfit by a specific date, message us before ordering and we will give you a realistic delivery date.
Import VAT and customs duties
We ship from Ukraine, which is outside the European Union. When your parcel is imported into the EU or another destination country, import VAT and, where applicable, customs duty and the courier’s clearance fee may be charged. These charges are not included in our prices, are not collected by us and are paid by the recipient on delivery. The amount depends on the value of the goods and the rules of your country, for example import VAT is 23% in Poland and 19% in Germany. If you would like to know in advance what to expect, just write to us.
Payment

Card payments are processed by our payment providers, your card details are not stored on our website. Orders in PLN or GBP are charged in euro, at the EUR price of the item; orders in EUR and USD are charged in that currency. Your bank converts the amount to your card currency at its own rate. For made-to-measure orders the full price is due when you order.
Returns
Returns are handled in Warsaw: REPULO’S, ul. Williama Heerleina Lindleya 16, office 509, 02-013 Warsaw, Poland. You can return an item in person at our salon or send it by courier at your own cost. Everything else is explained in Returns and refunds and in our Terms and Conditions.
