Frequently asked

You can book a visit no earlier than 2 hours from now. We need this time to reach the atelier and prepare for your appointment. Time slots that are too close are automatically unavailable in the form.
We take appointments Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 11:00 to 19:00, and Sunday from 11:00 to 17:00. The last appointment on weekdays and Saturday starts at 18:00, and on Sunday at 16:00.
The atelier is currently open without breaks. If any closed dates come up, they will be marked in the calendar and bookings for them will not be possible.
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email right away, with the date, time and address of your visit. If anything changes on our side, we will write to you personally.
A visit usually lasts from 45 to 90 minutes. We book every appointment individually and give each client our full attention.
The visit and the styling consultation are free of charge. We don't take any booking fee.
Yes. You're welcome to bring one companion. If you're planning a larger group, please mention it in the Message field when you book.
The atelier carries sizes from XS to L, as well as XL and XL+. We also offer complimentary made-to-measure tailoring.
