Founder & Lead Designer
Kateryna leads every creative aspect of REPULO’S and designs from her studio in Warsaw. She brings a European sense of form together with the hand-craft precision she inherited from her family’s tailoring workshop.
Her designs are defined by architectural silhouettes and signature hand-laid pleats, finished with the couture floral details that run through every collection. It is pleating that has become the hallmark of the house — from pleated evening gowns to cocktail dresses and anniversary ensembles.
The brand’s strategy and business direction are led by co-founder Dmytro Nechyporenko. REPULO’S is a family project, deeply personal and built to last.
REPULO’S grew out of a family tailoring tradition. Kateryna’s mother, Olena Repulo, a master seamstress with decades of experience, spent years working with fabric in her own workshop. It was there that the future designer learned a respect for detail, an instinct for cloth and precision in the making. The brand’s name is a direct tribute to that heritage.
Kateryna Nechyporenko created her first collection in Dubai, one of the most demanding fashion environments in the Middle East. It was there that she debuted as a designer and was recognised with a young designers award — an early confirmation of her talent on the international stage that opened the door to shows abroad.
REPULO’S was formally registered in 2022, and its collections were presented at Toronto Fashion Week. In 2023 the brand staged its first solo runway show in Toronto, establishing its presence in the North American market.
The brand has also appeared on Canadian television and across the international fashion press, including L’Officiel.
Since 2025 Kateryna Nechyporenko has lived and worked in Warsaw. The brand took part in the pop‑up section of Warsaw Fashion Week, and in the heart of the city the REPULO’S studio and salon now offer the full collection by the designer alongside carefully selected pieces by other European designers.
