FashionWeAre Łódź: Poland’s B2B fashion trade fair
Twice a year, EXPO-Łódź becomes an order floor for clothing, footwear and accessories. The 24th edition took place in August 2026; here is what the fair is, who it suits and how to prepare for the next one.
Łódź was the capital of the Polish textile industry for more than a century, and it is still where much of the country’s fashion business meets. Twice a year, in February and in August, FashionWeAre fills EXPO-Łódź with brands and manufacturers of womenswear, menswear, footwear and accessories, and with the buyers who stock shops and chains. The 24th edition took place on 19–20 August 2026. If you are a foreign label looking for Polish stockists, or a buyer who wants to see the Polish offer in one place, this is the guide to the next edition.
In briefWhat is the FashionWeAre trade fair?
FashionWeAre is a trade fair for the fashion industry, not a consumer show. On one side are manufacturers and brands of womenswear, menswear, footwear and accessories, Polish ones as well as labels from other European countries; on the other, buyers, owners of multi-brand stores and boutiques, online shops, agents and wholesalers looking for new collections. Exhibitors present ready-to-order ranges, which is why buyers come to plan stock for the season ahead. The value lies in direct contact: touching fabrics, checking finishing, agreeing terms and closing orders across a stand rather than over e-mail. Alongside the physical fair, the organiser runs an online B2B marketplace, available after verification.
Who should goWho is FashionWeAre for?
Because this is a B2B event, the people who gain most are those who buy or sell fashion for a living:
- Foreign brands and manufacturers that want to meet Polish and Central European stockists without building a sales network country by country.
- Buyers and boutique owners who want to compare many brands at once and place orders for the coming season.
- Footwear and accessories producers looking for new retail partners.
- Designers building their own label who want to understand the Polish market, its price points and what buyers expect before committing to a stand.
How to prepareHow to prepare for the next edition
Two days pass quickly at a trade fair. A few things make the difference, especially if you are coming from abroad:
- Exhibitors: apply through the exhibitor form. Sending it is not yet a contract: the organiser replies with an offer by e-mail. Companies without a Polish tax number (NIP) can apply too. Stands are usually 4 m deep, so typical areas are around 12, 16 or 20 m².
- Visitors: register online for a free ticket before you travel and plan a list of stands you want to see.
- Materials: bring line sheets, business cards and order terms (minimums, delivery windows, payment) ready to hand over. English works for most business conversations; a short Polish summary of your offer is a friendly touch.
- Accommodation: book early. The organiser lists partner hotels near EXPO-Łódź with discounted rates.
