REPULO’S Size Guide
REPULO’S is known above all for pleated (plissé) dresses, skirts and suits — it’s our signature, though the collection also includes non-pleated styles. This size guide applies to all our models: compare your bust, waist and hip measurements in centimetres (or inches) with EU/US sizes. Sizes XXS–L are available off the rack, while sizes above L and the “Made to measure” option are tailored to your individual measurements — fully online too.

How to measure correctly?
To read the size chart correctly you need three measurements. Our size guide is based on bust, waist and hip circumference.
- BustMeasure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape horizontal and parallel to the floor.
- WaistMeasure around the narrowest part of your waist — usually just above the navel. Don’t hold your breath in.
- HipsMeasure around the fullest, most protruding part of your hips (usually the widest point of the figure), standing with your feet together.
Tip: measure over your underwear with a soft tape. The tape should sit snug against the body but not tight. It’s best to ask someone to help.
Made to measure — online too
Any REPULO’S model can be tailored to your own measurements, with no salon visit. This is also how we produce every size above L. How to use the REPULO’S size guide
This size guide is built for occasion wear, so for most styles the bust and hip measurements matter most. First take your three measurements, then find your values in the Bust, Waist and Hips columns of the size chart and choose the matching row. For pleated (plissé) dresses and skirts the fabric offers a little give, yet you should still rely on your body measurements. If your measurements fall into two sizes, follow the bust for a corset-style dress and the hips for a skirt or trousers. When your measurements go beyond the standard size chart (above L), we make the model to measure from your individual measurements — remotely and fully online.
Frequently asked questions about sizing
How do I choose my size at REPULO’S?
Measure your bust, waist and hips, then compare the results with the size chart above and pick the closest size. If your measurements fall into two different sizes, follow the one that matters most for that particular style, or message us — we’ll help you choose.
How do I measure my body correctly?
Measure over your underwear with a soft tape held horizontally. Bust — at the fullest point; waist — at the narrowest point just above the navel; hips — at the fullest point. The tape should sit snug but not tight.
What’s the difference between EU and US sizes?
They are two systems for the same size. At REPULO’S, XXS corresponds to EU 34 / US 2, and XL to EU 44 / US 12. The most reliable approach is to compare your own measurements in centimetres with the bust, waist and hip columns.
What if I’m between sizes?
Usually it’s best to size up — it’s easier to take a garment in than to wear one that’s too small. You can also order a made-to-measure model for a perfect fit.
Can I order a made-to-measure dress online?
Yes. Made-to-measure is fully available online — you send your measurements remotely, with no salon visit, and we tailor the model to your measurements.
Can sizes above L and made-to-measure models be returned?

Are pleated styles flexible in size?
Pleating gives some ease and drapes beautifully on the figure, but when choosing a size always rely on the chart and your body measurements rather than the stretch of the fabric alone.
