Fashion Meeting Wrocław: Poland’s independent designer fair
A free weekend fair where Polish designers sell their own collections face to face. What it is, how the 2026 season went and how to plan your visit or your stand for the next edition.
Fashion Meeting Wrocław is a recurring fair of independent fashion and design where Polish designers sell their collections directly to the public. It has been running since 2012, it is free to enter and it takes place over a weekend, several times a year, in two post-industrial venues in Wrocław. If you are a designer looking for a first contact with Polish customers, a buyer scouting new labels or simply someone who loves clothes with a story, this is one of the most approachable ways into the Polish fashion scene.
The September 2026 edition we wrote about earlier in the year has already taken place, so this guide looks ahead: what the fair is, who it suits, how the 2026 season was organised and how to prepare for the next edition. At the end we suggest three pleated REPULO’S dresses that work for a long day between the stands.
01 – The basicsWhat is Fashion Meeting Wrocław?
Fashion Meeting is a consumer fair for independent Polish designers: women’s, men’s and children’s clothing, jewellery, bags, shoes and accessories, most of it made in short runs or in small studios. The designers usually stand at their own tables, so you can ask about fabric, fit and care, or even discuss a custom piece. There are no wholesale order desks and no trade-only days: it is a weekend market open to everyone.
The fair is part of a wider festival under the hashtag #KupujŚwiadomie (“buy consciously”), so the same weekend usually brings zones with plants and crafts (Zielono Mi), artisan sweets and coffee (Słodko Gorzko), food trucks (Dzika Uczta) and, since September 2026, a health and beauty zone. It is a day out as much as a shopping trip.
02 – The 2026 seasonWhen does Fashion Meeting take place?
There is no single annual date: the organiser runs several editions a year, usually on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 to 18:00, with free entry. Here is how 2026 looked:
Spring
14–15 MarchThe 59th edition, “Spring must-have”, at Czasoprzestrzeń (ul. Tramwajowa 1–3).
Early autumn
12–13 SeptemberThe 62nd edition, again at Czasoprzestrzeń, together with the full #KupujŚwiadomie festival and its new health and beauty zone.

03 – Visit or exhibit?Who is the fair for?
Because Fashion Meeting is a consumer event, it suits two kinds of foreign guests very differently:
Visitors and buyers
Come to discover Polish labels before they reach concept stores, to see fabrics and finishing up close and to talk to the people who design and sew. Buyers scouting for a shop will find it a good first filter, then follow up with the brands directly, as there are no formal B2B meetings.
Designers and small brands
For a foreign label it is a low-barrier way to test how Polish customers react to your prices, sizes and style. The organiser accepts applications through the form on the exhibitor page or by e-mail (zgloszenia@fashionmeeting.pl), asking for the brand name, a contact person, a website or social profile and a phone number. Places are limited, and stand sizes and fees are given on request.
04 – PracticalHow to get there and what to expect on site

05 – StyleWhat to wear to Fashion Meeting Wrocław: three pleated dresses
At a designer fair your outfit speaks for you, but you will also be on your feet for hours. Soft, fluid fabrics and a clear silhouette work best. Pleats are our signature at REPULO’S: a pleated dress moves with every step, does not crease in a bag and goes straight from the fair to a dinner or an autumn celebration. Three ideas from our collection:

Pleated halter neck mini dress Lisa
A sensual halter neckline and fine pleats that catch the light: polished for the fair, ready for the evening after.
