1. Scope
(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the English version of our online store at repulos.com.
(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a contract for purposes that are mainly outside their trade, business or profession.
2. Seller
The contract is concluded with Olena Repulo, sole proprietor (FOP) registered under the law of Ukraine, trading as REPULO’S, vul. Akademika Yanhelia 32, 21000 Vinnytsia, Ukraine, tax identification number (Ukraine) 2301310500, email: order@repulos.com. Address for returns and contact in the EU: ul. Williama Heerleina Lindleya 16, office 509, 02-013 Warsaw, Poland.
3. Conclusion of the contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online store is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
(2) The ordering process consists of the following steps: choosing the item with colour and size or the made-to-measure option, adding it to the cart, going to checkout, entering billing and delivery details, choosing the payment method, reviewing all details in the order summary and submitting the order with the order button. By submitting the order you make a binding offer to buy the items in your cart.
(3) Before submitting, you can correct your details at any time using the input fields and the browser’s back function. The cart can be changed until then.
(4) Immediately after submitting, you receive an automatic email confirming receipt of your order. This is not yet an acceptance. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order in a separate email, or at the latest when the goods are dispatched. If you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, the contract is concluded when the payment is successful.
(5) We store the contract text and send you the order details by email. You can view these Terms and Conditions on this page at any time. The language of the contract is English.
4. Made to measure
(1) With the made-to-measure option, we tailor the item to the body measurements you send us. You are responsible for the accuracy of your measurements. We check them for plausibility before cutting and contact you if something does not match.
(2) For made-to-measure orders the full price is due when you order. Made to measure costs the same as a standard size; any surcharge for a special colour is shown before you order.
(3) Items made to your individual measurements or with changes you requested cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, as they are made to the consumer’s specifications. Your statutory rights in case of defects remain unaffected.
5. Prices and costs
(1) Prices shown are final prices. Prices in PLN and GBP are for information, payment is charged in euro at the item’s EUR price; prices in EUR and USD are charged in that currency.
(2) Shipping is free if the order contains at least one full-price item. If the order consists only of Outlet or discounted items, shipping costs EUR 25.
(3) The goods are shipped from Ukraine, which is outside the European Union. When they are imported into the EU or another destination country, import VAT and, where applicable, customs duty and the courier’s clearance fee may be charged. These charges are not collected by us and are paid by the recipient on delivery. Their amount depends on the value of the goods and the rules of the destination country. 6. Payment
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by our payment providers.
7. Delivery
(1) We deliver to all countries of the European Union and to other countries offered at checkout.
(2) Ready-to-ship sizes are dispatched within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Made-to-measure items and special colours are tailored within 7–12 business days and then dispatched. Delivery times after dispatch are listed on the Shipping & Payment page.
(3) The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to you only when the goods are handed over to you.
8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid in full.
9. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, except for items made to individual measurements or with requested changes. How to return an item and how refunds work is explained on the Returns and refunds page.
10. Conformity of goods and complaints
(1) We are liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with the applicable law.
(2) Please report defects and visible transport damage to order@repulos.com, if possible with photos. We reply to complaints within 14 days. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
(3) Regardless of defects, we offer a free fit adjustment by arrangement. This service does not affect your statutory rights.
11. Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Applicable law
The law of Ukraine applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
